If you're new, consider taking a minute to review some basic features here before continuing.

If you would like to see this tutorial again, just click the mortarboard icon in the toolbar on the right side of any dashboard.

In the top left corner are the primary site navigation tools. Click the company logo to return to your homepage, or mouse over text to see a list of the dashboards in that module.

In the top right, you can search for a specific dashboard, or access user settings by clicking on your name.

Filters for a dashboard are always located right under the title. Use these to change exactly what data you see on the dashboard below.

Some graphs have filter actions on them - select a point of data on one of these graphs to quickly filter the rest of the dashboard down to just that selection.

Caliper functions are located on the right side of the screen. Use this to do things like favorite, share, and export a dashboard.

Click the reset icon to clear all filters and reset the dashboard to its original state.

Click the camera icon (fifth from the bottom) to create or load a custom view. Creating a custom view saves the filters you currently have applied to the dashboard. Load this custom view later, or set it as your default, to quickly recreate that same filter configuration.

Click the envelope icon (third from the bottom) to subscribe to this dashboard, and have a link to the dashboard sent to you regularly at a specific time interval. Delivery schedule times and frequencies are highly customizable.

Click on the projector screen icon (second from the top) to open the report builder. The report builder lets you take snapshots of a dashboard (or upload your own images), put notes on them, and export as a pdf or a PowerPoint, or send on a customizable schedule.
